Our facility offers two adjoining creative suites, that are each just over 1000 sq feet, for a combined 2,000 + sq feet of rental space.

One of our creative suites, Studio 40, has a large roll-up door allowing easy load-in/load-out for productions. Studio 36 is accessed through a man door.

We have a private parking lot available for productions and events. Additional street parking is nearby.

Our base-rate for each creative suite is $500 p/ day. Additional equipment/amenities may require additional costs.

We have availability 7 days a week. Our team works closely on scheduling to accommodate each production.

We have an extensive selection of lighting options including strobe, LED, tungsten, specialty lights, gels, and more.

Yes, we have a limited selection of basic backdrops available. If needed, we are happy to work with you to create custom backdrops.

We have dedicated office and lounge areas that can be used for staging client meetings, creative sessions, etc.

We have both indoor and outdoor catering spaces available for food prep and catering needs. Studio 40 has a full size kitchen.

We have high-speed, reliable wifi up to 1GB and wired internet connections available.
